Rooms may be booked up to 3 months in advance. Requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis and at the discretion of the library. Online bookings require 24-hour advanced notice. Groups holding reservations are requested to notify the library of any cancellation at the earliest possible date in order to free the meeting rooms for other groups.
